With Outside Interests, building your perfect conservatory, orangery, or new set of bi-fold doors doesn’t mean simply handing it over to a tradesperson. From the moment you say yes to a design, your dedicated project manager takes charge, overseeing every detail from the initial survey through to aftercare.
From order to hand-over
As Project Manager Jack Lerwill explains: “Once a customer’s order is confirmed with our sales team, project management begins. From that point, it’s our job see the whole process through to completion.
“We make contact with the customer to arrange a meeting with them at their convenience to conduct a detailed site survey where measurements are taken, positioning is confirmed and access is assessed. We then check with the customer that it’s all as agreed and as they’re expecting, then double check the measurements, where the building will sit and the finer details about anything that might affect the build.”
“The project manager is responsible for the schedule of works, when the work’s going to take place, planning the relevant trades needed and making sure the build is fitted and installed correctly before handing over the keys to the customer. Our project management team works closely together on all projects so there is always continuity during the process and if one of us is away the customer has someone to speak to.”
