At Outside Interests, communication isn’t an afterthought, it’s built into our entire process. Whether it’s your first meeting with us or the final inspection, you’ll always have someone keeping you updated, informed and reassured.
Face to face where it counts
It starts with the survey. Your project manager comes to your home, measures the space, and walks through the proposed design with you.
“We don’t just send plans,” says project manager Jack Lerwill. “We hold a tape measure to show the customer exactly where a wall will end – in millimetres or inches – not everyone prefers metric! That way, the client can visualise it properly.”
Regular check-ins, clear updates
We always attend the first day of the build to check that our customers are happy and to introduce them to the tradespeople, then regularly pop in to check on how it’s going, as well as being there at sign-off to hand over the keys. We continue to communicate with our customers throughout the build either on-site, or by phone and email.
